Shayes White has been active in athletics and fitness for the last 35 years. She started out at an early age running track and cross country, than switched to power lifting during her college years, and has returned to her endurance roots and is competing in triathlons. She has dedicated herself to helping others live a more active life through improved overall fitness. She received her personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Shayes' philosophy is that anyone with the desire can improve their overall level of fitness. That fitness programs should be designed around activities that the client enjoys making the workout experience positive. When a client's experience is enjoyable, they are more likely to reach and maintain their goals whether they are 8 or 88.
